By accessing the Auravane Marine Intelligence data platform ("Platform") via crewforgecentrl.com, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. This includes all API usage, dashboard access, and hardware deployment agreements.

2. Data Usage & Licensing

The datasets provided by our autonomous fleet are intended for scientific, governmental, and approved commercial usage.

• Data cannot be resold without explicit institutional partnership.
• Raw datasets are subject to processing delays based on satellite positioning.

3. Hardware Liability

Auravane assumes full responsibility for the navigation and operation of our autonomous fleets. Partners are not liable for deep-sea hardware loss unless engaged in direct mission override commands.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke API access if usage violates ecological safety parameters or exceeds requested throughput limits without prior authorization.
